Payments are required as per the invoicing schedule communicated at the start of engagement. Timely payment ensures uninterrupted execution and performance delivery. Delayed payments may lead to temporary suspension of services until dues are cleared. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees once paid are non-refundable. For long-term or ongoing engagements, Jindal Marketing reserves the right to revise pricing structures with prior notice to maintain service quality and operational standards.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Jindal Marketing shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, profit, business opportunity, or data. As digital performance is influenced by third-party platforms, evolving algorithms, competitive environments, and external market conditions, outcomes may vary. While we are committed to strategic execution and performance excellence, our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service engaged.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY & GOVERNING LAW

Jindal Marketing treats all confidential business information shared during the course of engagement with professional care and discretion. Such information will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent, except where required by law. These Terms and all engagements shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising in connection with our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services in the event of any breach of these Terms, misuse of services, or unlawful activity. Jindal Marketing may take such action without prior notice where required to protect its legal, operational, or business interests.
